Questions
What are we building?
We are building Phase 1 of our Renovation & Expansion Project, which will include accessible bathrooms, kitchen & storage space, classrooms, offices, parking, elevator and an unfinished upper floor for final Phase 2 plans.
Why are we building it?
Why are we building it?
Our current building limitations threaten our ministry growth. Office space, classroom and kitchen facilities have reached maximum capacity. Parking, accessible bathroom facilities, and ministry team meeting rooms are non-existent.
How will we pay for it?
Our goal is to secure all funding from the pledges made through the Capital Stewardship Campaign.
What is a Capital Stewardship Campaign?
A Capital Stewardship Campaign is a church project that seeks pledged donations from members of the congregation to be used in paying for a major construction project; in our case, all the necessary space to enable us to expand our facility as our church family grows.
Will I be pressured to make a pledge?
No. Participation in the campaign and how much you give will be entirely up to you. All members and guests will be given the opportunity to contribute if they wish to do so.
How may I prepare to participate?
Allow God to speak to your heart through prayer. Read Scripture passages that speak about stewardship and giving, such as 1 Corinthians 16:2, Proverbs 11:25, Proverbs 3:5-9, 2 Corinthians 8:7, Acts 20:35, Luke 6:38, and Psalm 116:12.
